Financial Director

Keith Baron

Keith is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years experience in senior finance and management roles. He began his career with a Bedfordshire accountancy practice moving to Moore Stephens where he completed his qualification. He has held senior posts in a wide range of enterprises, including Private Hospitals, Packaging, Newspapers and Property.

Following qualification he joined UK wide 30 mini hospitals charity Nuffield Hospitals as Head of Management Accounting with responsibility for weekly and monthly reporting, budgeting and annual charity accounts. He joined Cross County Leasing Ltd in 1984 as Finance Director managing the relocation of the business from Liverpool to Bedford and providing support to the CEO in the sale of the Container Fleet. Keith has worked for Trinity Plc (now Trinity Mirror Plc) in a number of roles including Managing Director. In 2000, he joined Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation as Deputy Director of Finance. Keith then joined e-FM in August 2005 and his main clients have been Aventi group, a rapidly growing distribution business, where he has been instrumental in improving controls and processes including Lion Bioscience where he has assisted in all areas of financial management including preparing the company for disposal.

He now works with e-Financial Management as a Financial Director, providing financial management support to businesses around London and the North Home Counties
