Malcolm Holloway


Malcolm is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty years experience in general practice with medium sized accountancy firms.

Prior to joining e-FM, he was a director of technology services in Bentley Jennison, a national top 20 firm of Chartered Accountants and was responsible for the provision and co-ordination of technology services to SMEs. He is currently Director, e-FM North East, with business office located in Newcastle.In 2003, Malcolm worked with the Audit Commission and the contract involved carrying out audit and grant claim work in local authorities. As a Regional Finance Director in Tenon Group PLC (formerly Jennings Johnson), Malcolm was responsible for the full internal finance and budgetary function in the North East and management of the outsourcing division. Prior to this, he implemented a new practice management system to enable full costing and budgetary control over all client and project assignments, as well as providing staff and regional productivity information. He also implemented a regional financial, management, and budgetary reporting system (including internal controls) to comply with group reporting requirements.

Malcolm works as a Financial Director, providing financial management support to businesses in the North East of England.
