Financial Controller

Alex Eagleson


Alex is a qualified CIMA Accountant, with several years experience in accounting.

In 2009, Alex set up an independent business offering accountancy services to SMEs in the local area; she was actively involved in providing tax advice as well as completing tax returns and Final Accounts on clients’ behalf.

Prior to joining e-FM, Alex was Reporting Accountant for the M&S Division of DHL, directly responsible for the consolidation of 13 transport management accounts, preparation of weekly performance reports with analysis and commentary as well as the reconciliation of Fixed Assets and the production of the annual depreciation and fixed asset forecast.

As Interim Financial Accountant at Amstrad Limited, she was responsible for the General Ledger, Stock Management System, Balance Sheet reconciliation, and the preparation of overhead and department analysis.

Over the course of her career, Alex has worked in various roles within a wide range of industries including Orien Contracts Limited as Accountant/ Office Manager; directly responsible for the finance administration and purchasing functions. She also worked as Assistant Management Accountant for Swift Horsman Limited, where she was responsible for many aspects of financial control and management accounts. She started her career with Swift Horsman Ltd in 2001 as an Accounts Supervisior and was responsible for the associated company, Artesan limited accounts.

Alex now works with e-Financial Management as Financial Controller, providing financial management support to clients in London and the North Home Counties
